The Bakery

All our breads are hand made by artisan bakers free of preservatives and additives.

They are made using a sour-dough system and long fermentation time coupled with the tremendous bake given by their stone soled oven. All breads have exceptional flavour which is unique to Griffin's.


Their bread products include:

Grinders, crown loaves, irish batch, barmbracks, Irish soda breads, and scones, traditional baguette rye breads, and their famous 'Sour Dough Baps' multi grain breads.


Our confectionary products include:

Irish porter cakes, almond cranberry and pear tartlets, carrot cakes, Sacher torte, french croissants and viennoiserie, Bailey's Cheese cake, Continental gateaux, American muffins and doughnuts. Fresh cream and strawberry swiss rolls and Guinness fruit cake. Also, Christmas Cakes, and Special Occasion Cakes.
